GRAND OPENING
PSLA held its Grand Opening on April 22, 2022 to celebrate its new permanent location in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood. Coming off a tumultuous year consisting of three different moves in the midst of the pandemic, PSLA Food Bank is proud to call the industrial center of Seattle its new home. With the help of community partners, guests enjoyed a beautiful day of delicious food and artisan drinks, live music from local artists, and a variety of raffle prizes, including professional sports tickets, wine tastings, and museum outings.
PSLA's mission is to better people's lives through alleviating the issue of food insecurity in Seattle, and we are glad to have brought together a group of wonderful people who care about the very real issues affecting Seattleites, and who have so generously donated to the cause.
PSLA is also holding a pledge campaign, in which donors can donate ten dollars to the food bank every month, for a total of only $120 a year. PSLA prides itself on being able to maximize the buying power of every dollar, so even a consistent contribution of such a small amount will go a long way in helping us feed and aid our neighbors.
